3-D TAILOR – DIEL Sport's design system, perfected through years of designing high performance professional ski racing apparel, accounts for the specific pressure points on the garments during skiing (armpits, elbows, knees, etc.) Stretch fabrics are precisely cut with laser to minimize fraying, seamlessly assembled to maximize comfort and performance, and taped with a special bonding adhesive to fully seal seams. Box baffle technology creates seamless cushions that maximize warmth and guarantee water resistance. Expressive branding is created with sophisticated ultrasound technology.
