SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products ship within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse in the USA, unless stated otherwise. We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and other approved carriers.
All DIEL Sport products are covered by our 2-year warranty on workmanship and materials. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in your subject line.
We hope that you will love our products. Should you have any problems or questions, our customer service department (email@example.com) will be delighted to help you. Defective or unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with original tags on, in the original shipping box, for an exchange or refund.
To obtain an RMA, please contact our customer service department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and the reason for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend that you use a shipper which provides a tracking number. Please make sure to enclose your RMA in the return box.
Products must be returned unworn. Each return will be inspected by our customer service upon receipt at our facility.
Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 are eligible for return by January 31. All return conditions apply.
